Forecast text

Indian Affairs anticipates exercising option year 4 of an existing contract to continue operating and maintaining four Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) cloud based IT systems: National Irrigation Information Management System (NIIMS), Administrative Access Tracking Platform (AATP-PL477), Federal Acknowledgement Information Resource (FAIR), and Lease Pro (105L). These systems support essential services for Tribes, individual Tribal members, and irrigation customers, including irrigation billing and debt management, Tribal recognition processes, FOIA responses, employment and training program administration, and management of 105(l) leases.

The contractor will provide full operations and maintenance (O&M) support for all four applications. Major tasks include routine system upkeep, troubleshooting, updates, cloud environment maintenance, user support, and ensuring each system complies with applicable laws, regulations, and federal record management requirements. The expected outcome is reliable, secure, and well supported IT systems that allow Indian Affairs programs to serve their customers effectively.
