About this forecast

The Department of Homeland Security Customs and Border Protection (CBP) is seeking renewal of Atlassian brand software licenses to support development, test, and production environments for applications critical to CBP operations and other U.S. Government agencies. The Atlassian suite encompasses project management, development, testing, and monitoring tools vital to continued application development supporting the CBP mission. The solicitation is expected to release on May 1, 2026, with an anticipated award date of June 29, 2026.

The estimated contract value ranges from $1,000,000 to $2,000,000, with a one-year performance period from June 29, 2026, through June 28, 2027. The place of performance is Ashburn, Virginia. This is a 100% total small business set-aside being procured through NASA SEWP V under Groups B, C, and D. The primary point of contact is Kory Huntley of CBP's Information Technology Requirements Office, reachable at kory.l.huntley@cbp.dhs.gov or (202) 957-0331.

This recompete follows the existing NASA SEWP V Government Wide Acquisition Contract NNG15SD60B, originally awarded to Advanced Computer Concepts, Inc., a women-owned small business, on May 1, 2015, with a $20 billion ceiling. The incumbent contractor has demonstrated extensive delivery across federal agencies, including previous software licensing support to CBP for SonarQube software and maintenance valued at $618,304.29. The current recompete maintains the small business set-aside designation and continues the agency's reliance on Atlassian products for critical mission-support applications.
