Update #1 ·

The Bureau of International Information Programs (IIP) at the Department of State is leading the agency’s efforts in digital technology and innovation. IIP’s offices are charged with engaging foreign audiences through digital public diplomacy content. This includes everything from online communications and content to overseas programming. To further this mission, the bureau is moving to a collaborative model for its workforce in order to maximize efficiency. To ensure these employees have the necessary tools to effectively collaborate in this environment we must expand the resources at their disposal. This model will serve as an example for the Department and will eventually be expanded to include the greater Public Diplomacy workforce at State and others whose work requires high levels of collaboration.
