Waterproof Visitor Center at Knife River Indian Villages, Stanton, North Dakota.
The scope of work includes installation of a waterproofing exterior insulation finishing system "EIFS" on the majority of the exposed exterior walls of the visitor center, excavating and removing existing subgrade building insulation and drainage systems and replacing with new. The work also includes application of a new sealing system to the existing roof of the visitor center.
This project is set-aside 100% for Small Businesses. NAICS Code: 236220 (size standard $36.5M), PSC: Z2AZ. Davis-Bacon Wage Rates for Mercer County shall apply. The magnitude of this project is $250,000 to $500,000. The National Park Service, Midwest Region (MWR), NEKOTA Major Acquisition Buying Office (MABO), intends to award a firm-fixed price, construction contract in response to this solicitation.

The solicitation package, including applicable drawings, plans, etc., will be posted to FedConnect at https://www.fedconnect.net, no hardcopies or email copies will be provided. Offerors must have a DUNS number, be registered and active in the System for Award Management (SAM) http://www.sam.gov, and have completed their Online Representations and Certifications in SAM, in order to be eligible for award.
