About this opportunity

Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) intends to award repair of a butterfly valve (NSN 7R 4810 007961672, Part Number 321502-4-1) on a sole-source basis under an established Blanket Order Agreement by August 27, 2026. The Government designates this as a Critical Safety Item and will award to the current source only, as it does not possess sufficient, accurate, or legible technical data to qualify alternative suppliers. Quantity required is one unit. Work is performed at NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support Philadelphia. The butterfly valve is subject to Free Trade Agreements (FAR 52.225-3) and the World Trade Organization Government Procurement Agreement and Free Trade Agreements (FAR 52.225-5). All items require Government Source Approval prior to award. Prospective offerors who are not already approved sources must submit source approval documentation using the NAVSUP WSS Source Approval Brochure (available at https://www.navsup.navy.mil/Business-Opportunities/Home/) together with their proposal; failure to provide all required source approval data will render the offer ineligible for award. Contact Casey Brown (casey.m.brown20.civ@us.navy.mil) for questions regarding this notice.
