THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) ONLY. No contract will be awarded from this announcement. This is not a Request for Proposal (RFP) or an announcement of a forthcoming solicitation, nor is it a request seeking contractors to be placed on a solicitation mailing list. Response to this market survey is voluntary and no reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this market survey and any follow-on information requests. Data submitted in response to this market survey will not be returned. No solicitation document exists at this time, and calls requesting a solicitation will not be answered. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: Turret Battery Units for Bradley A4 Production
THE REQUIREMENT: Production total quantity of 477 TBUs with production lead time of 30 weeks.
OBJECTIVE: The purpose of this market survey questionnaire is to obtain information on industry’s capability to provide non-developmental items (NDI): Turret Battery Unit
Product Manager (PdM) Bradley is considering sources of production hardware and support. Selected Source shall provide logistics, project management, and quality support to facilitate integration of the TBU to platform system, Bradley A4, for controlled turret battery charging.
For any or all of the below capabilities listed, please also respond with what technical data, Government furnished information, and/or hardware you require from the Government to execute and integrate the A4 Systems onto the Bradley Infantry Fighting Vehicle (IFV) platform.
