About this opportunity

This Special Notice from the Department of the Treasury's Internal Revenue Service anticipates awarding a firm fixed price contract to TRM Labs Inc. for their TRM Forensics Web-Based Virtual Currency Tool subscription. The IRS Criminal Investigation Division requires this specific tool for its Cyber Crime Units to aid in tracing cryptocurrency transactions during money laundering investigations.

The Notice describes subscriptions for 12 teams of 3 users each at the IRS-CI and IRS-SBSE offices for a base year beginning September 29, 2021 through September 28, 2022, with an option to extend subscriptions for a second year.
