• Voltage Output = 25VDC to 32 VDC; Load = 3.25A base load with periodic additional 2.00A pulses; Rise Time = 0.330 sec max over all environments; Life = 67.5 seconds.
• Maintenance = None over life of battery.
• Weight = Max 1.0 lbs.
• Temperature Range =operating -65F to +185F.
• Operating Acceleration Environments = in accordance with specification AMX6099.
• Non-operating Acceleration Environments = in accordance with specification AMX6099.
• Activation Squib EP-250-1.
• Materials (Case and Headers) = Type 304 Stainless Steel. Material (Terminals) = 52 Fe/Ni alloy hot solder dipped.
• Safety = in accordance with MIL-STD-1385, S9310-AQ-SAF-010 and applicable electronic safety requirement of MIL-STD-454 requirement 1.
Thermal Battery must pass application specific use reviewed by Government NAWCWD battery subject matter experts, NAWCWD System Safety, and the non-nuclear munitions safety board (NNMSB), as well as system level environmental qualification testing.
