About this opportunity
The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) has issued a Special Notice for a telephone system maintenance agreement for the El Paso Intelligence Center (EPIC). The notice indicates the agency's intent to award a sole source firm fixed purchase order to Condor Consulting Group for a one-year maintenance contract. The opportunity is specifically designated as a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business set-aside. The contract covers maintenance, repairs, programming, software updates, technical support, and quarterly site visits for an existing Avaya Communication Server 1000 telephone system located at the EPIC facility within Ft. Bliss in El Paso, Texas. The special notice was published on May 23, 2025, with responses due by May 30, 2025.
The primary objective of this Special Notice is to inform potential contractors about a non-competitive procurement for telephone system maintenance services. Contractors interested in being considered must submit a capability statement by May 30, 2025, referencing RFQ #D-25-NE-0046. The contract period will run from September 30, 2025 through September 29, 2026 and includes 96 total work hours (8 labor hours per month), 24-hour monitoring, emergency response capabilities, and quarterly preventive maintenance inspections scheduled for December 2025, March 2026, June 2026, and September 2026. The basis of award is ALL or NONE/Brand Name Only, with the government reserving the right to reject all offers if deemed in its best interest. While the notice is primarily informational and not a competitive solicitation, interested vendors, particularly Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses, are encouraged to submit their capabilities for potential consideration.
