The Product Director Light Tactical Vehicles and Army Contracting Command - Warren (ACC-WRN) are issuing this sources sought notice as a means of conducting market research for a potential procurement of System Technical Support hours for the proprietary components on the family of High Mobility Multipurpose Wheeled Vehicles (HMMWVs).
ACC-WRN intends to solicit a sole source, cost plus fixed fee, contract under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 (only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements) for the procurement of System Technical Support for the proprietary components and to address component obsolescence on the family of HMMWVs that comply with Automotive Tank Purchase Description 2099E.
The Government does not currently have a competitive Technical Data Package (TDP), which is required for the System Technical Support of the M1151, M1151A1, M1151A1B1, M1152A1B2, M1152, M1152A1, M1152A1B2, M1165, M1165A1, M1165A1B3, M997A3, and M1167 HMMWV variants.
