About this opportunity
The Department of the Army Materiel Command, Army Contracting Command Aberdeen Proving Ground, is conducting a Threat Coordination Group (TCG) engagement with cleared industry partners on June 9–11, 2026, in Charlottesville, Virginia, limited to U.S. companies holding an active Facility Clearance. This Special Notice is not a solicitation and will not result in a contract award; participation is voluntary and at no cost to the Government.
The TCG will convene classified, two-way discussions between Army intelligence analysts and industry to build shared awareness of emerging threats relevant to Command and Control and Counter-C2 capabilities, including peer and near-peer technology trends, electronic warfare and cyber threats, survivability and lethality challenges in contested environments, and Counter-UAS and Counter-GPS considerations. Information gathered will inform future capability development and identify requirements for intelligence data and threat models across armor ground maneuver portfolios.
Eligible participants are U.S.-based companies with current Facility Clearance and relevant experience in command and control systems, sensors, electronic warfare, or threat modeling. All attendees must be U.S. citizens holding a current SECRET clearance or higher. The TCG will be conducted at the SECRET//NOFORN level minimum.
Interested companies must submit unclassified information by May 29, 2026, including company name and CAGE code, facility clearance confirmation, relevant capabilities description, areas of interest, and anticipated attendees (limited to five, preferably system engineers or personnel with security clearances). Contact Ms. Donna Boyce (donna.m.boyce2.civ@army.mil) or Mr. Sam Burkes (sammie.j.burkes.civ@army.mil).
