The Department of the Navy Naval Supply Systems Command is seeking to procure 1,100 units of a valve (NSN 1H-4820-000420874-Q3) with Technical Data Package Version 016, to be delivered FOB Origin. The procurement targets small businesses with full and open competition characteristics, indicating comprehensive technical data rights and no manufacturing restrictions. The opportunity is currently in pre-solicitation phase, with responses due by May 13, 2025, and was initially posted on April 12, 2025. Potential contractors will need to carefully review the specific FAR clauses related to small business set-asides and be prepared to meet the comprehensive technical specifications.
