The required work shall take place at the contractor's facility. This solicitation is issued as RFQ N32253-20-Q-0030, a Firm Fixed Price total Small Business Set-aside.
Submit written offers in accordance with the CLIN structure outlined in the announcement. Oral offers will not be accepted. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2020-04 and DFARS DPN 20200123. North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) 336611 and Size Standard of 1,250 employees apply to this procurement.
