About this opportunity

This pre-solicitation notice seeks to procure an upgrade to a Keysight RF signal generation system, including combining up to six stimulator racks and a low band calibration and accessories upgrade, on a firm-fixed-price commercial contract with Keysight Technologies on a sole-source basis. Interested parties may submit capability statements by March 19, 2020 identifying their interest and ability to fulfill the requirement without compromising quality, accuracy, reliability or delivery schedule. The solicitation will be posted on SAM.gov and all sources must be registered in SAM.

There is no set-aside designated for this procurement. As the upgrades are for an existing Keysight system, Keysight is likely the incumbent contractor. No award values or quantities were provided, but the upgrades appear focused on improving and expanding an existing Navy test system for radio frequency signals. The contracting office is with the Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division in China Lake, California.
