About this opportunity
The Navy seeks proposals for resiliency training services to be provided aboard the USS Ronald Reagan from May 24 through June 3, 2024. Offerors must have experience providing tailored workshops and all-hands sessions to develop high-performing teams and support culture. Proposals must be submitted electronically through the System for Award Management by March 19, 2024 and the Navy will evaluate based on technical approach and price. An amended solicitation provided further clarification on class sizes, training hours, facility access, and flexibility in performance dates.
This requirement is set aside 100% for small businesses. The predominate NAICS code is 611430 and PSC code is U099. Performance will take place at locations in Iwakuni and Okinawa, Japan from May 24 to June 3, 2024, with up to 50 Sailors per class and 8 hours of training daily. The Navy will provide ground transportation within Japan, but contractors must be able to flex performance dates and ensure staff meet security requirements.
