This announcement constitutes the only Request for Quote (RFQ); quotations are being requested and written solicitation will not be issued.
This solicitation is being issued In Accordance With (IAW) FAR Subpart 13.104. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the RFQ respondent who is deemed responsible and is determined, based on the evaluation factors, to represent the best value to the Government.
