Update #12 ·
Added: Oct 10, 2014 5:09 pm
CBP Has some clarification responses to concerns that were brought up earlier:
1.) C.7.3 Plan Submissions and Approvals, where it states 14 calendar days for the Transition Plan but the table in C.5.2.6 states within 30 days of contract award.
30 days is fine, as long as the transition plan submission and approval time period run concurrently with the transition-in period.
2.) Paragraph C.5.7.2 states an Initial Deficiency List Report is due to the Government within 75 days after contract award, but the rest of the solicitation states the contractor has 120 days to fully complete the equipment validation process and provide a report to the Government.
We believe 75 days is a typo, 120 days is the correct time frame.

Update #3 ·
Added: Sep 03, 2014 10:14 am Please see Attachments A00002 and updated Attachment 1A (facilities and Towers List). OAM information has now been added to Attachment 1A.
Update #2 ·
Added: Sep 02, 2014 7:50 am
See A00001 and updated Attachment 1B Equipment List.
The attached Equipment List 1B is the best CBP and OAM have at the moment Most of the Texas sites (San Angelo, Del Rio, Uvalde, Laredo) are full service leases, which means the equipment to be maintained under this contract, will be limited to items installed by CBP, such as air compressors, rolling security gates, etc. These items will need to be validated during equipment validation stage.
The attached for Big Bend and partial El Paso Equipment List is what we have to work from while current facility condition assessments are on-going across El Paso Sector.
