29 July 2021 Update: The site visit sign-in sheet has been uploaded for this solicitation. Questions regarding this project shall be submitted in writing no later than 2:00 pm CST on 3 August 2021.

This acquisition is being issued as a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned (SDVOSB) Small Business set-aside.
Enter price in Section B. All amendments to this solicitation (if any) must be acknowledged.
An organized site visit has been set for Thursday, 29 July 2021 at 9:00 a.m. CST. In order to gain access to the base to attend the site visit you must have a valid driver’s license/identification card, valid registration for any vehicle you will be operating, and proof of insurance. White Avenue gate currently closes at 8:30am daily but the visitor center located at White Ave is open during normal hours. Specific instructions are identified in 52.236-27 Site Visit (Construction).
Due to current Keesler AFB Health Protection Conditions (HPCON) fully vaccinated individuals are no longer required to wear a mask indoors or outdoors; however, individuals who are not fully vaccinated are still required to continue mask wear, covering the mouth and nose. All individuals are to maintain a minimum of six (6) feet distance from other individuals to the maximum extent practicable at all times. It is recommended that all attendees bring a mask with to the site visit as some buildings may still require mask wear regardless of vaccination status.
NOTICE TO OFFERORS: Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date for receipt of proposals. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.
Your attention is directed to Section L for Proposal Preparation and Section M for Evaluation Factors for Award.
