THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT TO BE USED FOR MARKET RESEARCH PURPOSES ONLY TO DETERMINE THE AVAILABILITY OF POTENTIAL SMALL BUSINESS CATEGORIES, FOR POTENTIAL SET-ASIDES. NO AWARDS WILL BE MADE FROM THIS SOURCES SOUGHT. NO SOLICITATION IS AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME.
Description of Proposed Work: Repair Building 2379, RPA Launch and Recovery
Facility, and restore it to a full operational capability. The facility sustained
damage to overhead doors, a light pole, carpet, insulation, and ceiling tiles as a
result of a major winter storm. The work includes but is not limited to: removing
and replacing overhead roll up doors; removing and replacing personnel doors;
removing and replacing water damaged floor coverings; repair to metal roofing;
repair by replacement the damage HVAC system servicing the Ground Control Stations
(GGS) bay; repair damaged metal siding and insulation; and remove and replace
exterior light pole.
REQUIREMENT: Repair Building 2379, RPA Launch and Recovery Facility, and restore
it to a full operational capability. The facility sustained damage to overhead
doors, a light pole, carpet, insulation, and ceiling tiles as a result of a major
winter storm. The work includes but is not limited to: removing and replacing

PROJECT:
ADDITIONAL: he New Mexico Gross Receipts Tax (NMGRT) is unique to New Mexico and,
unlike a sales tax, it is an excise tax imposed on the seller of certain goods and
services in exchange for the privilege of doing business in New Mexico. The
approximate NMGRT for this project is 6.125%.
