About this opportunity
The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Aviation is soliciting proposals for two air pressure regulators (NSN: 1660-01-445-9556, P/N: 3214806-4-1) under solicitation SPRTA1-26-Q-0091. This procurement is being conducted as a sole-source acquisition and does not exceed the simplified acquisition threshold. The solicitation requires offerors to provide capacity, production lead time information, and pricing proposals. Quality assurance requirements mandate compliance with FAR 52.246-11 and ISO 9001:2015 standards. The proposal due date is November 28, 2025, with responses to be submitted electronically through the Government Point of Entry (GPE). This solicitation has waived the synopsis requirement under FAR 5.202(a)(13) due to the contract value being below the simplified acquisition threshold.
This procurement carries no set-aside designations and is sole-sourced to Honeywell International, Inc., the current contractor. The solicitation covers two Contract Line Item Numbers, each requesting one regulator, with required delivery dates of March 31, 2026, and September 13, 2027, respectively, to shipping locations DBU002 and DMU002. The contract will be executed under the existing terms and conditions of contract SPE4A1-22-G-0014. While a specific award value is not disclosed in the synopsis, the acquisition remains under the simplified acquisition threshold. The delivery locations are identified through DLA's Oklahoma City Aviation facility, which serves as the contracting office for this procurement.
