This work consists of providing all engineering services, materials, labor, tools, oil and reclamation, transportation, storage, and disposal needed to refurbish and test up to eight (8) 161kV oil-filled substation transformers. These transformers aer located at Arnold Engineering Development Complex.
The complete solicitation package will be posted on or about 19 October 2012.
**Complete Proposals shall be submitted to Mr. Fanning not later than 2:00PM on 6 December 2012.**
Site Visit Scheduled for 7 November @ 9:00AM CST
