About this opportunity

The U.S. Department of Homeland Security Customs and Border Protection issued a Limited/Sole Source Justification Notice on March 2, 2026, for the Program, Project and Mission Support Services (PPMSS) 3rd Bridge contract to provide professional support to CBP's Office of Strategic Finance (OSF) offices nationwide. The contract encompasses a full spectrum of program and project management support services necessary to plan, evaluate, construct, sustain, maintain, and dispose of Program Management Office (PMO) projects and real property for Border Patrol and Air & Marine (BPAM) operations. The justification for the sole source award stems from a protest against the previous PPMSS competition, which necessitated an interim solution to prevent service lapses while CBP re-solicits the requirement through a competitive process. The contract was awarded on February 3, 2026, under contract number 47QRAD20D1090; however, the specific awarded vendor and contract value have not been publicly disclosed in this notice. The services fall within the professional, scientific, and technical services sector and are classified under the support and professional engineering/technical category.
