The government reserves the right to make multiple awards in the form of an indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity multiple award blanket purchase agreement. Responses are required to include details on the offeror's experience manufacturing a minimum of 1,000 concrete barriers within the last three years, as well as manufacturing facilities, production capacity, and quality assurance processes.

  1. CONTRACT INFORMATION. The U.S. Army Regional Contracting Center - Kuwait, is seeking capable sources for the manufacture and/or supply of T-Walls at multiple locations in Kuwait, for delivery on, but not limited to Camp Airfjan and Camp Buehring Kuwait.
  2. PROJECT SCOPE: The project will consist of the delivery of up to 6 Thousand T-Walls of 20 Feet (6M) in height.
  3. PROPOSAL PROCEDURES: The Government anticipates soliciting the procurement using full and open competition. One solicitation will be issued for the acquisition consisting of a Request for Quotation (RFQ) subject to FAR Subpart 13.5. The anticipated award date is currently unknown. The U.S. Government shall reserve the right to award to multiple vendors in the form of an IDIQ/BPA.
  4. SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS: The Government is seeking to identify qualified sources under the anticipated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 327390 – Other Concrete Product Manufacturing, either singly or as part of a Joint-Venture.
  5.
