Provision and Installation of a 30' X 30' X 20' high metal building per attached specifications.
Please see the attached combined synopsis/solicitation and statement of work for further details.
Please submit your technical and price quotation to barbara.b.wilson@dhs.gov on or before 2:00 pm EDT, July 27, 2011.
Award will be made to the lowest priced technically acceptable vendor IAW the instructions contained within the combined synopsis/solicitation.
Submit ALL questions to Barb Wilson at the email shown above.
PLEASE NOTE: THE ORIGINAL COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION IS BEING REPLACED BY A NEW ATTACHMENT WITH THIS MODIFICATION. THE REASON FOR THIS SWITCH IS THE FIRST ONE WAS SET UP FOR A COMMERCIAL ITEM/CONSTRUCTION PROJECT. SINCE WE RECEIVED A NUMBER OF QUESTIONS, WE FEEL IT IS MORE APPROPRIATE FOR THE SOLICITATION TO BE SET UP AS A PURE CONSTRUCTION PROJECT. THE CHANGES IN THE DOCUMENT DEAL MOSTLY WITH THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS NOW REFLECT A CONSTRUCTION EFFORT.
A REVISED STATEMENT OF WORK IS ATTACHED.
QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS ARE ALSO ATTACHED.
THE DUE DATE FOR QUOTES IS JULY 27, 2011, TO BE RECEIVED NO LATER THAN 2:00 PM EASTERN STANDARD TIME.
