The applicable NAICS code is 237990, Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction, with a size standard of $36.5 million. The Construction Wage Rate, formerly called the Davis-Bacon Act, applies to this procurement. This solicitation will be set-aside for 100% Small Business concerns.
