Successful contractors must obtain and maintain SECRET-level security clearances, achieve facility security clearance within 45 days of award, and comply with NISPOM requirements and NIST SP 800-171 standards for handling Controlled Unclassified Information. The contractor will be required to utilize industry-standard software including Ansys, SOLIDWORKS, AutoCAD, Creo, Oracle Primavera P6, and Microsoft Project, and must manage 12 Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs) covering contract status reports, technical manuals, drawings, and systems security documentation.
