The Department of Labor, on behalf of the Employment and Training Administration's Office of Job Corps, seeks a contractor to provide laboratory testing and support services for 121 Job Corps centers nationwide. Services include HIV, toxicology, Chlamydia, COVID-19, and influenza testing as well as related supplies. The base period of performance is 12 months with four 12-month option periods, and proposals are due by May 9, 2023. Evaluation will consider technical approach, past performance, and price. DOL anticipates that this requirement will result in an award of a Time & Materials (T&M) Contract.
This is an unrestricted competition for NAICS Code 621511 (Medical Laboratories).
Amendment 0001 to RFP 1605C2-23-R-00001 is now posted to provide responses to all Pre-Solicitation Inquiry (or Submission of Solicitation Questions (SSQ)) Questions received.
