This sole source award is being made under the authority of the Competition in Contracting Act, 41 USC 253(c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, which allows for other than full and open competition when there is only one responsible source that can meet the agency's requirements.

The proposed program will include Operation Prevention content continuity, digital lesson bundles, videos, self-paced modules, virtual field trips, and a strategic outreach and PR campaign. The total estimated value of the purchase order exceeds the base year, with a final delivery date of 5/31/2025 and a potential 5-year period of performance. Any source capable of providing the required services is invited to submit a quote electronically to the point of contact, Van Nixon, by the due date of May 21, 2024 at 10:00 am EST.
