The purpose of this amendment is to remove the small business set-aside requirement and extend the closing due date and time. All other terms and condition remain unchanged.
The Contractor shall furnish materials, labor, equipment, and superintendence for the work described below and within the construction documents. The work includes but is not limited to; project mobilization and demobilization, project management and oversite, demolition, construction of items described below, quality control, cleanup, and removal of all debris and waste generated during performance of the work.
The work includes, but is not limited to: 1-Demolish or remove existing pond liner; 2-Earthwork and grading; 3-Installation of new pond liner.
All work items that are not specifically called out are considered incidental and no direct compensation will be provided. This work shall be performed on a firm fixed price lump sum basis.
This RFQ is a Total Small Business Set-aside under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 238990 Other Specialized Trade Contractors with a small business size standard of $16.5 Million.
The location of the project site is Newton County, Missouri.
The estimated magnitude of this project is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00.
Contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to participate in this requirement. The SAM can be found at https://www.sam.gov. Payments will be made via Electronic Funds Transfer using the data within the SAM registration database.
All inquiries and questions must be submitted in writing; no verbal questions will be accepted. Requests for information shall be emailed to: Eric_Brown@fws.gov not later than Wednesday, July 28, 2021 at 12:00 PM Eastern.
Quote packages are due not later than Friday, August 27, 2021 at 12:00 PM EST.
Anticipated date of award is Monday, August 30, 2021.
