Quotes are due by February 26, 2021 and must include pricing for labor rates for tasks such as meeting preparation, travel, and report review over a base year and four option years totaling 500 hours annually. Award will be made using best value tradeoff between technical experience, management approach, and price. The solicitation requires the consultant to have at least 20 years' experience in meteorological applications including probable maximum precipitation and statistical analysis.
