An offer which requires the Government to execute a separate agreement with a third party hotel shall be deemed technically unacceptable).

However, all responsible sources may submit a quote/proposal, which shall be considered by the agency. Solicitation Number W911S1-12-T-0208 is assigned for reference purposes. The entire solicitation will be made available on or about 8 June 2012 via the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) Acquisition to Business Website located at https://acquisition.army.mil.
