About this opportunity

The Naval Supply Systems Command intends to solicit a sole-source contract for repair or modification of a Local Control Unit (NSN 7H-6110-016589219, TDP VER 001) under FAR 6.302-1 authority, with a response deadline of August 24, 2026. The requirement covers 11 units with FOB origin delivery. All responsible sources may submit proposals, quotations, or capability statements; the Government will consider all proposals received within 45 days of this notice's publication (or 30 days if award is issued under an existing Basic Ordering Agreement). The determination to compete or proceed with sole-source award remains at the Government's sole discretion. Information received will be evaluated primarily to determine whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
