About this opportunity

The U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) has issued a Limited-Sources Justification Notice for a task order to Deployed Resources, LLC under DHS BPA 70RDAD21A00000012, focusing on comprehensive facility services for processing and holding migrants at the Southwest Border in Yuma, Arizona. The task order encompasses full wrap-around services including facility maintenance, provision of blankets, bedding, food, water, snacks, restroom and shower facilities, utilities, waste removal, and staffing with guards, porters, and shower monitors. The sole-source justification stems from urgent and compelling needs related to border migration challenges, particularly the phase-out of Title 42 border protections, which necessitates continued operational capacity. The contract is structured with a one-month base period and up to five one-month option periods, with a total potential value of $71,312,256.00, bridging the period until CBP can implement a competitive solicitation in Q2 FY2025. The justification highlights the critical need to maintain existing facility operations without interruption, ensuring continued processing and management of single adults, family units, and unaccompanied children at the Southwest Border.
