Added: Apr 25, 2018 7:34 pm Modified: May 19, 2018 7:09 amTrack Changes The USDA Forest Service, Southern Research Station located in Asheville, NC has a requirement for a Layout Specialist. The work to be covered under the resultant Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract includes the design and layout of scientific/technical publications, including formatting tables, figures, and equations. The work is not creative graph designs but rather laying out technical writing and graphic elements per the prescribed Government report format. On occasions, the work requires the graphic designer to conceptualize, develop and design creative, unique, and content appropriated visual solutions for scientific publications. The resulting contract will be an IDIQ with a base period of 12 months and four 12 month option periods.
