Added: Mar 22, 2018 4:52 pm The Bureau of Reclamation, Pacific Northwest Regional Office intends to negotiate a single source contract with Fish Transport Systems, LLC, Pier 91 Port of Seattle Bldg 15620, Seattle, WA 98119. The items being procured are a fish ladder and angle adapter which fits the fish holding tank and trap manufactured by the same company and procured by the Bureau of Reclamation. The Bureau of Reclamation is studying and evaluating Sockeye migration with a volitional fish passage transport system to determine if there is a viable adult fish passage that can provide significant savings in infrastructure cost and/or Operations & Maintenance annual expenditures compared to traditional adult passage facilities. The anticipated delivery date of the supplies is April 15, 2018. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 331315, Aluminum Sheet, Plate, and Foil Manufacturing with a small business size standard of 1,250 employees.

This acquisition is being conducted under simplified acquisition procedures. This notice of intent is not a Request for Quotations. Interested parties may identify their interest by submitting capability information, by email to the point of contact listed below, within 7 days of this notice. Information received will be considered for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government to not compete this proposed action based upon the responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
