Questions and Answers

What is required quarterly: The entire inspection (an inspection of the entire facility and all components) each quarter or a quarter of the inspection (one quarter of the facility and one quarter of components) tested quarterly?

Answer: All components annually. Full population of components divided into four quarters for service in October, January, April and July. Invoices billed quarterly in the months of November, February, May and August. The intent is to break out the work, as the timing to do a total one time annual could take some time to complete in one visit. If winning bidder so chooses, they can discuss at their option to complete each campus in one quarter.

Any possibility of setting up a time together to gather specific information such as serial numbers, model numbers, etc. onsite at the facilities?

Answer: There will not be an onsite visit for this requirement. More inventory information could be provided once awarded.

How many pieces of source equipment is needed to service the Lyons building? Since the terminal count includes oxygen, medical air, and vacuum. Assuming there are at least three pieces, are there any additional systems that need to be factored in?

Answer: The alarms should be factored in, they are listed on the SOW.
