The contractor services call for personnel, management, labor, materials, equipment, and other related items to maintain and restore ISO containers to the standard of Military Handbook (MIL HDBK) 138B, Guide to Container Inspection for Commercial and Military Intermodal Containers. The maintenance includes inspecting, testing, adjusting, aligning, replacing, welding, grinding, riveting, straightening, machining, or resurfacing to restore serviceability of the containers by correcting specific damage, fault; malfunction or failure to a part, subassembly, item, or system. The services will be performed at the contractor's facility for items requiring other than minimal repairs. The services requiring minimal repairs will be performed at the designated location in the container yard located on JBLM.

The closing date and time remain as 10 November 2014, 9:00 AM Pacific Standard Time. All other terms and conditions of the solicitation remain the same.
