If this file transfer does not work, all guides will be provided upon award.

Update #2 ·

RFI Q&A from vendor site visit on Friday 24th of July.

1) Q: What are the dimensions of the pad?
A: 38' x 140' x ~4-5"

2) Q: What is the depth that needs to be cut for the phone system?
A: The depth of the concrete is 4 - 5". The piping system for the phone system is ~2.5", so cut the concrete to properly fit the pipe and cover hole with filler/concrete mixture that retains the strength of the original concrete. This should provide a sufficient base so safety material can be installed on top.

3) Q: Where will the three signed be installed?
A: The signs will be installed off the pad at three entry locations. Exact locations will be detailed upon award of the contract.

4) Q: Can the concrete be cut to install the spring riders?
A: Yes, the concrete may be cut as long as the spring riders are installed to manufacturer's recommendations. All voids shall be filled in with the appropriate filler/concrete mixer to retain the strength of the original concrete and provide a sufficient base so safety material can be installed on top.
