About this opportunity

The Department of Energy Office of General Counsel published a Special Notice to obtain a commercial off-the-shelf automated financial disclosure program. The Office of General Counsel requires a software as a service product for submission, review, and certification of the Office of Government Ethics Form 450.

The Special Notice describes a planned sole source contract award to Intelliworx for their FDonline system, which is the only product that currently holds the necessary license. Interested parties may submit capability statements by June 3, 2020 to be considered for competing future requirements, though the current award is intended as a sole source contract to Intelliworx for a 60 month period of performance. The FDonline system is FedRAMP authorized and used across multiple agencies to meet the requirement of automating the financial disclosure process for submission, review, and certification of OGE Form 450.
