About this opportunity
The Department of the Navy Naval Supply Systems Command anticipates procuring liquid quantity indicators (NSN 1H-6680-014974354-X5) under a total small business set-aside, with responses due June 29, 2026. The procurement carries a 100 percent small business set-aside; the specific set-aside type—HUBZone, service-disabled veteran-owned, economically disadvantaged women-owned, women-owned, or HBCU/minority institution—will be determined and included in the final solicitation.
The agency requires delivery to two Defense Logistics Agency Distribution locations: New Cumberland, Pennsylvania and San Joaquin, Tracy, California. The requirement specifies eight units of the indicator. The government does not own rights to technical data necessary for repair or purchase from alternative sources, cannot develop or obtain such data, and finds reverse engineering uneconomical. Interested parties may access Military and Federal Specifications, Standards, Qualified Products Lists, and related documents through the DoD Single Stock Point (DODSSP) at DAPS in Philadelphia or through ASSIST-Quick Search at http://quicksearch.dla.mil/. Technical data documents such as patterns, drawings, and purchase descriptions are not stocked at DODSSP and must be obtained separately.
