This project consists of the removal of an existing timber bridge and construction of a new 75' span by 21" wide concrete Bulb Tee beam bridge with a piling foundation. The bridge is located on F.S. Road No. 2541 at milepost 3.1. Work consists of, but is not limited to; structure excavation, placement of class 6riprap, installation of steel H piling, concrete pile cap, precast concrete wingwalls, installation of prestressed concrete bulb tee beams, excavation and embankment of the roadway approaches, and road surfacing. This project is located approximately 13 air miles north east of Bonners Ferry in Boundary County, Idaho. The legal description is the NE ¼ section 18, T. 63 N., R.3 E, B.M. Refer to the location map on the title sheet of the plans. Latitude and longitude at the site is 48.817030, -116.116212. Price range between $250,000 and $500,000. Estimated start July 2015 to facilitate submittal and ordering process, and complete work by October 30, 2015. Solicitation to be issued on or around May 28, 2014.
