The Bureau of Indian Affairs intends to issue a Request for Proposal for Haskell Indian Nations University Tommaney Hall Library Renovation Project on or about the week of February 23, 2015, unless additional notice is given or this notice is modified, the full solicitation will be posted on www.fbo.gov. A firm-fixed price construction award is anticipated. Contractor to supply all labor, equipment, materials and furnishings as necessary to renovate building 127, Library Computer room. Applicable NAICS: 236220, Size Standards $36.5M. Project magnitude is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. The solicitation is a 100% set aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). Firms must be registered in SAM (System for Award Management) database, information on registration requirements can be obtained on the Internet at (https://www.sam.gov), and submit their complete Annual Representations and Certifications (ORCA) via online at htpp://orca.bpn.gov., at proposal due date/time.
