High Voltage Fuse Coordination Study and Repair Upgrade of the 177FW Electrical Distribution System.

Update #1 ·

The 177th Fighter Wing intends to sole source the High Voltage Fuse Coordination Study and Repair Upgrade to C-Far Services, 2900 Fire Road Ste. 100B Egg Harbor Twp., NJ 08234. This will be a follow-on contract for inspection and repairs of the 177FW Electrical Distribution System.

This procurement is being made pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(2) and FAR 6.302-1, for other than full and open competition; only one responsible source. Awarding to another vendor will result in a substantial duplication of cost to the Government that is not expected to be recovered through competition and unacceptable delays in fulfilling the agency's requirements. C-Far Services is the FAA authorized contractor for our leased property.

All qualified sources must respond not later than Noon, EST, Monday, 28 September 2015. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Responses should be e-mailed Attention Johanna Paz to 177fw.bco@ang.af.mil. No telephone or fax inquiries will be accepted.
