SYNOPSIS
The Government intends to award a firm fixed price contract for Grounds Maintenance Services at Columbus Air Force Base (CAFB) and Shuqualak Auxiliary (AUX) Airfield, MS. The period of performance is a twelve-month base year (1 Oct 16 - 30 Sep 17), with four, twelve-month option periods. The Performance Work Statement (PWS) is posted with the Solicitation. The solicitation is posted effective 22 Mar 16.
This procurement is set aside 100% for HUB Zone certified small business concerns. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this procurement is 561730 and the small business size is $7.5 Million. The requirement will be solicited as a commercial service using Simplified Acquisition Procedures under the authority of FAR Parts 12, 13, and 37. The evaluation criteria are detailed in the solicitation. Award of a contract in FY 2016 will be subject to the availability of funds.
