The Federal Bureau of Prisons (FBOP) hereby issues solicitation 15BFA022B00000008A for the award of a firm-fixed-price construction contract for a project entitled Relocate Grease Trap FPC at the Federal Correctional Institution (FCI) located in Marianna, FL.
FCI Marianna is a federal correctional facility located at 3625 FCI Road, Marianna, FL 32446. The work to be performed in association with this project includes the following scope:
Relocate Grease Trap FPC
The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment for the complete construction of the work. The project includes the demo of the existing main drain lines and all associated floor drains and clean outs; demo the existing grease interceptor; install new main drain line and all associated floor drains and clean outs; and install new grease interceptor as detailed in the Statement of Work/Specifications. The solicitation will be posted at a later date. The Statement of Work/Specifications attachment included with the solicitation will provide complete requirements for the project.
Access to the secured specifications and drawings attachments will require an active vendor registration at https://SAM.gov as well as your Marketing Partner Identification Number (MPIN) associated with your System for Award Management (SAM) registration. Pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 36.204, the estimated magnitude of the project lies between $250,000 and $500,000. It merely conveys that the estimate/budget lies somewhere within that range).
