About this opportunity
The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency within the Department of the Treasury seeks entry-level bank examiner candidate assessment testing services through a competitive solicitation. The selected contractor must provide knowledge, writing, and analytical tests to approximately 1,200-2,000 candidates annually over a one-year base period and four one-year options. Offerors must meet security and accessibility standards and the subcontracting goal is 15% of the total contract value. Questions are due by April 8th and proposals are due April 26th.
The solicitation is set aside for full and open competition with no preference given to small businesses. The anticipated NAICS code is 611710 for examination services and PSC code U002 for testing services. The period of performance is a one-year base period starting June 3, 2021 with four one-year option periods exercisable at the agency's discretion. Pricing shall be firm fixed unit price except for optional mobile testing centers and reasonable accommodations, which are time and materials. Place of performance will be testing facilities nationwide and an online system accessible throughout the United States.
