About this opportunity
The Department of the Air Force Space Command is seeking proposals to conduct an Enterprise Data Loss Prevention proof of concept at a single Air Force base. The proof of concept must involve a minimum of 100 users and multiple data owners to demonstrate capabilities for data loss prevention across data at rest, in transit, and in use spanning multiple networks and classifications using a cross domain solution. Proposals will be evaluated based on both technical and price factors, with technical being more important, and must address scenarios involving cross domain integration, centralized policy management, and onboarding an organizational program. Questions are due by May 26, 2020 and proposals are due by June 16, 2020.
The solicitation is not set aside and involves NAICS code 541511, PSC D302. The proof of concept will be conducted over five months starting in September 2020 at an Air Force base in Texas. Vendors must have Secret level security clearance and demonstrate experience implementing data loss prevention programs and integrating solutions across classified networks. The estimated value is between $500,000 to $1,000,000.

The Air Force is seeking a vendor to conduct a Enterprise Data Loss Prevention (E-DLP) Proof of Concept (POC) at a single Air Force Base. The POC will include at least 100 users, multiple data owners, and be representative of all the main egress points for data from that Air Force Base and apply DLP capabilities to data at rest on premises or in the cloud applications and cloud storage, in trasnit, and in use. The POC will also demonstrate the ability to aggregate and correlate alerting across multiple networks/classifications using a cross domain solution. Please see Attachment 1 Statement of Objectives for further details.
Questions regarding this RFQ are due on 26 May 2020 at 4:00 PM CT and must be emailed to evan.chapman.2@us.af.mil. Offerors shall utilize Attachment 6 to submit questions regarding this RFQ.
