About this opportunity

Naval Supply Systems Command is procuring two units of an extractor duct (NSN 1R-9999-LLJMPZ995-QE) with a response deadline of July 30, 2026; the procurement is restricted to Government-approved sources due to flight-critical classification and inadequate technical data to support full and open competition.

Delivery is FOB origin. The item requires Government source approval prior to award. Only previously approved sources have been solicited. Unapproved sources must submit source approval documentation per the applicable NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support (NAVSUP WSS) Source Approval Information Brochure for either spares or repair, along with technical data demonstrating production experience with the same or similar item or justification if the company has never manufactured it. Offerors with pending source approval requests at NAVSUP WSS must include a copy of the cover letter that forwarded that request. Proposals lacking all required source approval data or failing to document prior submission of such data will not be considered for award.

If source approval evaluation cannot be completed in time to meet Government requirements, award may proceed based on Fleet support needs using existing approved sources. PSC code is 9999 (Miscellaneous Items).
