This pre-solicitation notice seeks parties with the resources and capability to support the new manufacture of this airframe structural component, including all associated labor, materials, facilities, and equipment. Prospective vendors must demonstrate capacity to provide services consistent in scope and scale with the described requirements, secure necessary corporate financial and human capital resources, and implement successful project execution. The government will evaluate market information to assess potential vendor capacity and capability to meet anticipated procurement needs. The deadline for responses to this market research is January 13, 2026, though it is important to note that this is not a formal solicitation, and submission of information is entirely voluntary with no financial responsibility assumed by the government.
This procurement carries no set-aside designation and is currently manufactured by two incumbents: Pall Aeropower Corp. (CAGE 18350, part number 12621-103A) and Senior Operations LLC (CAGE 98769, part number 1511300-103). The estimated annual quantity requirement is 40 units per year. The applicable NAICS code is 336413 (Other Aircraft Parts and Auxiliary Equipment Manufacturing), with the PSC category classified as 1560 (Airframe Structural Components). No specific budget range or award value has been disclosed in this pre-solicitation notice.
