The Military Sealift Command is soliciting proposals for a dry cargo voyage charter to transport containers between ports in California, Hawaii, and CONUS over approximately six days. Offerors must propose a U.S. flag or ABS certified vessel capable of carrying a minimum of 165 TEUs with draft less than 31.5 feet. The cargo will include hazardous materials.
